Our extended dry spell is finally over – we’ve had barely any rain since July 10, 2012, and last week, it once again began to rain. In the past week, we’ve had over two inches alone and the month is not over.
Fall began even before the rains started again last week. The fall colors are becoming sparse now as the season marches on but the ground is festooned with leaves of all colors and about a million or more pine needles. It’s very beautiful to look upon.
Today’s iPhone photo is of a single maple leaf, resplendent in its glory even when in it’s final days.
